Caped Crusaders
The piano-vocal ballad Caped Crusaders was written as a
tribute to Scott's two younger brothers, Chad and Steven. A tale of childhood
innocence and growing up in our world.

Caped Crusaders (Scott Lindley)
And General Lee did lead the charge The bothers Duke
in dad's garage As crime did threaten every man The caped crusaders
took their stand
From Alcatraz they made their break Across the
neighbors yards they'd snake And race the track as engines roar Three
wheels and feet on basement floor
CHORUS: Have no fear and follow me I'll show the
way just wait and see Just look ahead and follow me And learn just what
a man should be
A Series smash over the wall Dirt bases, bat, and
tennis ball A cops & robbers high speed chase Around the town their
bikes would race
Proud Olympic gold to win Hot summer days and laps to
swim And muscle cars of 60's lore From light to light, the pavement
war
CHORUS
Though long ago he made the grade As time's gone by
those roles have changed And now he claims just one degree Yet they
excel with mastery
That wayward course that he did choose Those calling
mountains they will move Three short years, those vows were torn With
daddy's eyes she'll carry on
CHORUS: See them march on fearlessly Clear the
way, don't wait for me Just look behind and you will see The path to
what a man should be
See them march on fearlessly Clear the way, don't wait
for me Just look behind and you will see I'm not the man you thought
I'd be
